Reservations
Reservations are welcome at any time prior to the date needed, based on vehicle and driver availability.

The following information will be needed to reserve a Qualistar vehicle: Your name,
telephone number, billing address, and method of payment.

Payment/Deposit
A $300.00 deposit per vehicle is due upon receipt of the invoice to reserve a coach. The invoice must be signed and returned to Qualistar Transportation, Inc. along with the necessary check, cash, money order or credit card deposit. The remaining balance must be received by Qualistar Transportation, Inc. at least thirty (30) days prior to date of vehicle usage.

For certain events, Qualistar Transportation, Inc. reserves the right to require additional deposits, which are fully refunded upon vehicle returning undamaged.

Additional Billing
All vehicles are invoiced per the agreed upon vehicle usage identified in your initial invoice. For any additional usage beyond the agreed upon times or mileage specified on the original invoice, clients will be billed in half-hour increments based upon the chartered vehicle's hourly rate.

Cancellations/Refunds
In order to receive a full refund, cancellation notice must be received at least thirty (30) days prior to the scheduled departure date. Any cancellation less than thirty (30) days of the trip will result in a $150.00 cancellation fee.

If the vehicle booked/reserved is unavailable for the event, one of equal size or larger will be supplied at no additional expense to the client.

Overnight trips are subject to cancellation fees when non-refundable event and/or hotel payments have been made.
